Update all references to kadu.net to kadu.im (#2318)

Removed also "Support Us" menu item.

Only updates is left to be done, see #2323.

Removed also unmaintained old files FAQ and TODO, and changed INSTALL
contents to point to the wiki article.

  • don't include kadu-config.h in debug.h so we don't need to recompile all sources after little change in this file, for example after svn up
  • include version information in all modules

  • port to msvc
  • include version and build information in binaries
  • kadu binaries on windows now have icon! :)
